LIVING WITH VISION LOSS Tuesdays 12:30 pm -2 pm
Living with vision loss is a support group with the goal of allowing individuals to feel comfortable in expressing their feelings, ideas, etc., and how to live and coup with vision loss. Topic to be discussed is anger, shock, denial, bargaining, withdrawal, succumbing/ depression, resentment, coping and self-acceptance.
We will explore avenues of strength.
STRESS REDUCTION THROUGH WRITING Wednesdays 10 am- 1:30 pm
Putting words on paper is a great way to relive stress. This class will guide you through effective ways of expressing anxiety and working on overcoming it.
ANGER MANAGEMENT Thursday 12:30 pm -2 pm
One of the stages of vision loss is often anger. This class will guide you through ways to address and deal with your anger.
